I was kind of rushing to get this sorted out, and support got back to me fast. They fixed the issue without much back and forth, which I really appreciated...

I’ve been happy with the refills overall. They usually show up right around when I need them, which is great because I’m terrible at remembering to reorder. I did have one box arrive late, I think it was back in March or maybe April, but support sorted it out without any fuss. The only thing I’d say is the subscription page could be a bit easier to understand.

I picked this up a while back, maybe a month or two ago? I can’t remember exactly. It does clean, but I wouldn’t say it blew me away. For tougher spots, I still had to put in some extra scrubbing to really get things looking good. It’s fine for basic cleaning, just not as effortless as I was hoping

One of my orders showed up later than expected, but the other one arrived just fine. Not perfect, but overall it was okay and I’d probably order again.

I ordered a few things from koh.com and overall it went fine. Shipping was normal, everything showed up in good shape, and I didn’t have any real problems with the actual order.

Where I felt a little conflicted was the packaging. Some of it seemed recyclable, which I appreciated, but there was still a surprising amount of plastic wrap and extra filler for small items. It just felt a bit careless, and I think companies have a responsibility to avoid unnecessary waste when they can.

I’d probably shop there again if I needed something, but I’d feel better about it if they used less plastic and made it easier to tell which products are actually more sustainable. For now, 3 stars seems fair.

I tried this on some ancient stove stains and the disaster zone that was my bathroom grime, i was shocked. It cut through the mess way faster than I expected, with no weird chemical smell hanging around. Dramatic difference for such little effort. I’m definitely happy with it.

I got these work shoes from Koh last spring, and I’ve been wearing them pretty much every day since then. They have had a lot of walking and work stuff on them, but the soles are still fine and the stitching didn’t start doing that loose thing. They also clean up easier than I thought they would. I figured by now they’d be looking beat up, but they’re still somehow holding up great
